Verity is a Global Employee Success Partner at The Access Group, where she leads people strategy across the People Division - spanning three software companies and Ireland operations, supporting around 1,600 employees. A Chartered MCIPD professional and ILM Level 7 Executive Coach, she brings over 15 years of HR experience across tech and retail, in both SMEs and large-scale organisations, specialising in employee engagement, organisational design, talent management, and performance. Verity is also an active advocate for AI adoption within the People function, leading transformation initiatives to embed emerging technology into everyday HR practice.
