AI LAB

The AI Lab is your opportunity to discover how to demystify AI across the world of work. Let's focus on its practical application in the modern workplace and within the people profession. Join the experts who will be delivering interactive demonstrations on how to harness AI to boost innovation and productivity.

This feature will be highly accessible, user-friendly and equip Festival-goers with the skills and confidence to use AI effectively within their roles and organisations.

QUIET ROOM

A calm, device-free space just off the Festival floor, designed to reduce sensory overload and support wellbeing. Take a short break to reset, relax, or meditate before rejoining the Festival.

By simply taking a 10 minute brain break is proven to support our mental wellbeing, and improve concentration, productivity and participation. The Quiet Room is a device free zone and is a space for Festival-goers to meditate and relax.

SOCIAL IMPACT HUB

Connect with charity partners, join practical initiatives, and turn social responsibility into action.

We invite Festival-goers to think beyond day-to-day workplace challenges. Fostering an environment where you can consider what you as individuals or your organisations can do, to have a positive impact on people, communities, the environment, healthcare and even education and job creation. As a result of an action, inaction, activity, project, programme or policy.

WELLBEING VILLAGE

This is your dedicated space to pause and recharge. We appreciate that attending an event can be very tiring, so it is important that you’re able to take the time relax and reflect on learnings.

The Wellbeing Village is here to keep Festival-goers feeling refreshed. Offering a selection of mindful talks, breathing exercises and wellness initiatives. Get the blood pumping with a yoga session, or spend a moment with our fluffy friends at The Cuddle Club.

Feel rejuvenated and get ready to apply actionable takeaways to your organisation.
