The AI Lab provided an immersive opportunity to discover how to demystify AI across the world of work. The sessions focused heavily on its practical application in the modern workplace and within the people profession. Industry experts delivered interactive demonstrations on how to harness AI to boost innovation and productivity.

This feature was highly accessible and user-friendly, successfully equipping Festival-goers with the skills and confidence needed to use AI effectively within their roles and organisations.

QUIET ROOM

A calm, device-free space just off the busy Festival floor, the Quiet Room was specifically designed to reduce sensory overload and support wellbeing. It allowed attendees to take a short break to reset, relax, or meditate before rejoining the event.

Taking a simple 10-minute brain break is proven to support mental wellbeing and improve concentration, productivity, and participation. Operating strictly as a device-free zone, the Quiet Room served as a dedicated space for Festival-goers to meditate and unwind.

SOCIAL IMPACT HUB

This feature allowed visitors to connect with charity partners, join practical initiatives, and turn social responsibility into direct action.

The space invited Festival-goers to think beyond day-to-day workplace challenges, fostering an environment where they could consider how they as individuals—or their organisations—could positively impact people, communities, the environment, healthcare, education, and job creation. These reflections covered the ripple effects of organisational action, inaction, activities, projects, programs, and policies.

WELLBEING VILLAGE

The Wellbeing Village served as a dedicated space for attendees to pause and recharge. Recognising that attending a major event can be exhausting, this area ensured visitors could take the time to relax and reflect on their learnings.

The Wellbeing Village kept Festival-goers feeling refreshed by offering a curated selection of mindful talks, breathing exercises, and wellness initiatives. Attendees got their blood pumping with yoga sessions or spent a quiet moment with fluffy friends from The Cuddle Club, leaving them rejuvenated and ready to apply actionable takeaways to their organisations.
