Our roundtable workshops were also a great opportunity to join fellow professionals in helping us shape the people profession. Led by our employer solutions team, we explored ways to increase workforce skills and productivity, as well as the challenges of digital transformation.
CIPD Trust
The CIPD Trust team hosted two panels during the event, exploring HR’s role in creating life-changing opportunities for people facing barriers to work and sharing key learnings from our work. Also, in collaboration with the Charities Network, we provided guidance on how you can help charities with their HR challenges, including staff recruitment and retention.
