Tinne Ledwitch-Madsen is Head of Inclusion, Wellbeing and Engagement at Post Office Ltd, where she drives cultural change, employee listening, and executive accountability for equity, diversity and inclusion.  Previously, she served as Head of Employee Experience at National Express in the UK, a remit that spanned ED&I, engagement and wellbeing across operational and corporate workforces.  Before that, at Jaguar Land Rover she worked on international inclusion, contributing to the company’s multiyear global D&I approach and employeeled network model.  Tinne’s practical focus is on turning insight into action—linking inclusion, wellbeing and engagement to safety, service and performance—whether through cultural dashboards, colleague networks or targeted wellbeing programmes.
