Tim Pointer

Tim Pointer is portfolio Chief People Officer and Operating Partner at private equity firm Three Hills, leading people and organisational strategy across its European and North American portfolio. He has held global Chief People Officer roles across multiple sectors, including brand & talent management (Creative Artists Agency), sports & fashion (Pentland, Diesel), health (Nelsons), technology (Currys / T-Mobile USA) and liquor (Beam Suntory Asia-Pacific). Tim co-founded the Business Culture Company in 2015 which delivers organisational culture case studies, assessment and recognition.

An experienced Board member, Tim designs and delivers people strategies that accelerate and sustain growth - strengthening purpose, clarifying strategy, shaping organisation design, aligning talent, and building high-performance culture.

Tim has lived and worked across EMEA, the US and Asia-Pacific. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, trained in executive coaching at Hult Ashridge Business School, and is an alumnus of the University of York, Lancaster University and London Business School.
