Temi is a solicitor and leader in Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing with over 15 years’ experience in local authority services. Her perspective is shaped by lived experience growing up with a disability across three continents, six parents and several cultures within foster and biological family systems. Her upbringing informs her strong understanding of the intrinsic link between wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion. It also enables her to support people disability to adopt an attitude of zero tolerance to barriers and to support organisations to adopt processes that remove barriers.

Temi’s passion for running wellbeing and diversity related services has led to over 20 years of literal running to raise funds for children’s charities that improve inclusion and wellbeing. She started running in 2010 and like in the movie Forest Gump, has been running ever since, from the Chelmsford Marathon for J’s Hospice to the London Marathon for Whizz-Kidz, then on to many others including the Warwickshire Triathlon in 2025. These are not exploits to Temi, they provide empirical evidence of the impact of fitness on wellbeing and the ability of those who live with disability.
