Tarinee Wong

Tarinee is part of the founding team of Puma Capital Group and has played an integral role in building one of the UK’s Best Workplaces (medium size). With a passion and drive to deliver meaningful change for all things people and culture related including diversity, equity and inclusion, Tarinee won EDI Champion of the Year at Property Week’s Inspiring Women in Property Awards 2024 and was a finalist HR Director (2025) in the HR Excellence Awards. In addition, Tarinee is committed to working with leaders and founders (both within our business and externally) to ensure they get the best out of their teams and themselves to support personal and commercial growth. Tarinee has a Psychology degree from Warwick University plus an MA in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster. She is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (FCIPD) and the Learning and Performance Institute with over 25 years of HR and recruitment experience (UK and International), and is a qualified coach.
