Simone Carroll

CHRO and Director

Simone Carroll has built a fascinating career inside complex organisations at exactly the moments they had to change — energy businesses moving off fossil fuels, retailers reinventing for digital, media businesses shifting from print to platform before most had accepted it was coming.

Her work rests on a single conviction: that the organisations and societies that thrive are the ones that prepare their people for the future they want to live in. She has spent her career making that real — anticipating capability gaps, reskilling at scale, and championing HR as a strategic commercial function that belongs at the table where business decisions are made.

That work has taken her across private equity, listed and family office environments, on three continents, through technological disruption, major transactions and profound sector change.

A Chartered member of the CIPD and former Australian HR Director of the Year, Simone holds an Advanced Management Program qualification from Harvard Business School. She serves as a Trustee of the Royal Flying Doctor Service Friends UK — a charity honoured to count His Majesty King Charles III among its Patrons.
