Sally Belcher
Wellbeing Director, The Crown Estate
Sally Belcher is Wellbeing Director at The Crown Estate, where she leads the organisation’s approach to workforce wellbeing as part of its Safety First strategy. Her work focuses on managing psychosocial risk and embedding wellbeing into work design, leadership practice and organisational governance to support sustainable performance. Her remit also extends to considering how The Crown Estate can use its scale and partnerships to positively influence wellbeing across its wider ecosystem.
Her career spans global corporate, higher education and public-sector environments, including roles at Unilever and as Head of Workplace Wellbeing at UCL (University College London). Sally works at the intersection of wellbeing, organisational performance and risk, challenging organisations to move beyond initiatives to more preventative, system-level approaches.
Sally’s work focuses on addressing the root causes of poor wellbeing - such as workload, leadership behaviour and organisational change - and building the capability, governance and insight needed to act early.
