Rob Oxley

Rob is the Head of HR for the UK division of John Sisk & Son Ltd. Sisk are an international building contractor with over 2,500 employees across UK, Ireland and wider Europe. Rob has been at Sisk for over 12 years and has worked across the various disciplines with the HR function including Talent Development, Business Partnering and Reward.  Rob was pivotal in the creation of Sisk’s graduate programme in 2013, Elevate, a bespoke Management & Leadership development programme launched in 2018 and has led the accreditation process with IIP over the past 12 years on the journey from Bronze to Platinum.

Prior to his time at Sisk, Rob worked at Majestic Wine both on the shopfloor, managing a number of retail outlets and then progressing into the HR function. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and is currently studying for a MSc in Executive Coaching at Ashridge Business College (HULT).
