Rebecca Foden is an award-winning Talent and Transformation Leader, author, and board advisor with more than 30 industry accolades. Formerly with EY, she is widely recognised for driving large-scale talent transformation and building high-performing, future-ready workforces.
Rebecca currently serves as Group Talent Director at Safetykleen, a private equity-backed international business delivering innovative environmental and industrial solutions to leading global manufacturing and engineering organisations.
Alongside her executive role, Rebecca is a Board Advisor to the Association of Apprenticeships and a Strategic Advisor to the Better Hiring Institute, where she contributes to shaping the future of inclusive hiring, skills development, and workforce innovation. Some achievements to date, include:
