Nina Goswami

Nina Goswami is the UK’s first Head of Inclusion at Clifford Chance, where she leads the regional strategy to build inclusive, high‑performing cultures in which colleagues and clients can thrive. With over 20 years’ experience spanning media, law and diversity leadership, Nina brings a practical, values‑driven approach to inclusive leadership, centred on accountability and sustainable organisational impact.

Previously the BBC’s Creative Diversity Lead, Nina spearheaded the award‑winning 50:50 The Equality Project, embedding a data-led approach to inclusion at scale. She currently co‑chairs Legal CORE and supports several charities to align their inclusion priorities with strategy, culture and to add client value.

Also a former journalist, Nina is a recognised industry voice and thought leader. Her commitment to authenticity and driving meaningful, lasting change has seen her featured on the Global Inclusion List 2026, named Network Inspirational Role Model of the Year 2025 at the Employee Network Awards, and included on the Inspirational D&I Leaders List 2024.
