Nic Wagstaff

Nic Wagstaff is a leadership, L&D and wellbeing specialist with two decades in Learning and Development. As Group Head of L&D for a global company, where she spearheaded major transformation initiatives, most notably the shift to a coaching culture and aligned global L&D.

A CIPD Fellow with a Master’s in Psychology, Nic’s research centred on leadership burnout, an experience she has personally overcome and explored in her TEDx talk, The Power of the Pause.

Since founding Inspire - Rewire in 2015, she has delivered 90+ retreats and programmes across the UAE and Europe, supporting leaders at every level to build psychologically safe, high‑performance cultures through self‑leadership and nervous‑system‑aware development.
