Neil Millen

Neil is the Director of People Business Partners at Personio.  His HR career spans telecoms and technology, including roles at O2 Telefónica, Vodafone, Google, Intercom and Stripe, before joining Personio in 2024. He has supported leadership teams through multiple stages of growth - from early scale to global operations - leading organisational change and building high-impact People functions.

Based in Dublin, Neil has worked across a number of global offices, including time at Google’s MountainView campus in San Francisco.

Drawing on his experience from inside some of the world’s most successful tech companies, Neil has spoken at events including TEDx and Talent Summit, sharing what HR can learn from how the best organisations build products, scale teams and operate.
