As the Head of Colleague Experience at Southeastern, Natalie has worked in the rail industry for 7 years and has broad experience as an HR professional across a number of sectors and industries.

 

Natalie seeks to drive change through understanding and enhancing the overall experience of colleagues across the organisation to create a positive, inclusive workplace that prioritises the wellbeing of all colleagues and enables everyone to thrive.

 

Natalie’s people centred approach is focussed on fostering an inclusive feedback culture ensuring all voices are heard. Her passion for promoting awareness and accountability for inclusion, diversity and wellbeing is her drive for creating a workplace where everyone feels truly welcome, valued and supported. This has seen her organisation achieve triple Gold IIP, National Rails Great Place to Work, Women in Rails Top Employer as well as launch 6 Colleague Network Groups.
