Nadia Hutchinson is a global HR and transformation leader with over 30 years’ experience driving large-scale change across multinational organisations. As Senior Director of Global HR Services & Operations at Cabot Corporation, she leads a worldwide HR transformation spanning 4 continents. Her career includes senior roles at Kantar, British American Tobacco, and Standard Chartered Bank, where she delivered complex digital, operational, and cultural change programmes. Nadia is a Co-Founder of Condutto, a mentoring network for women in GBS and Shared Services, and an Advisory Board Member for Share Services and Outsourcing Network. She is a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership and youth development.
