Maisie Goss is the UK VP of Marketing at Employment Hero, the AI-powered employment platform helping businesses hire, manage and pay their people more effectively.

A full-funnel marketer with expertise spanning brand, demand generation, ABM and revenue strategy, Maisie has built her career helping high-growth businesses turn creative marketing into measurable commercial impact. 

Prior to Employment Hero, she led global demand generation at Payhawk, where she significantly grew the marketing-sourced pipeline and launched the company’s first ABM strategy.

Alongside her in-house leadership roles, Maisie also advises PE and VC-backed companies on GTM strategy and demand generation through Maverick & Co. She holds an MSc in International Marketing Management from the University of Leeds and was shortlisted for The Drum Rising Star award.
