Mabinty Esho

Mabinty Esho MCIPD is Head of Culture and Inclusion at Comic Relief, where she leads the organisation's Culture and Inclusion agenda. She has more than 15 years of experience across the charity, NHS and higher education sectors, with deep expertise in culture transformation, equity, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. Mabinty is a Non-Executive Director at Cruse Bereavement Support and a Governor at Monksmead School, and a 2025 finalist for the Inclusive Awards and Ethnicity Awards- Head of DEI categories.
