Louise is Customer Success Manager for Phase 3, focused on ensuring clients feel supported, confident, and successful at every stage of their engagement. She works closely with customers and consultants to shape requirements, anticipate challenges, and put the right expertise in place before issues arise.


An advocate for translating HR needs into effective technology-enabled services, Louise brings empathy, clarity, and enthusiasm particularly when helping organisations navigate the challenges of adopting technology. Outside of work, she is a mum with a passion for yoga and wellbeing.
