Lauren Alexandra

Lauren Alexandra is an organisational development and transformation leader with more than 20 years’ experience helping organisations improve performance through leadership, learning, communication, and design. A former Director at Expedia Group, she built and led global leadership development, organisational design, and transformation initiatives supporting more than 18,000 employees and 4,000 leaders during periods of significant change and growth.

Today, Lauren is co-founder of Wunderlab, where she works with leaders and organisations facing increasing complexity, pressure, and change. Her work is built on the belief of people first, and that technology, systems, and AI should strengthen human judgement rather than replace it. Through Wunderlab, she helps organisations create the conditions for clearer thinking, stronger leadership, and progress that lasts.

She is currently partnering with IRIS Software Group to help shape leadership and development approaches that build lasting capability, create meaningful change, and leave organisations stronger long after the work is complete.
