Kelly Kimber has been Head of Business Transformation at the CIPD since 2021. Kelly is a people-first transformation leader who helps organisations turn vision, ambition, and strategy into delivery. Kelly has held previous transformation roles across a variety of sectors, and has led international, large-scale transformations, including operating model change, digital and technology modernisation, and measurable improvements in customer and people outcomes.
