Jon Dawson

Jon has held a variety of senior positions within the hospitality sector and is currently the Chief People Officer for The Lore Group, an international hospitality company operating in Europe and the United States. In addition, Jon also oversees all the HR aspects for the real estate side of the business which Lore falls under at Global Holdings Management Group Europe. As a key ambassador for the hospitality industry Jon is also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a committee member for HR in Hospitality and an honorary Executive in Residence for Sheffield Hallam University Business School. 

Jon has held various senior HR Director roles throughout his career including positions at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park London, St Pancras Renaissance and Jon was part of the Marriott International team that created a new luxury lifestyle brand EDITION which debuted in London in 2013 followed by Miami and then New York.

Jon is a graduate of Sheffield Hallam University and often speaks at various international university, technology, and hospitality related forums.
