CHAIR: Jo Squires

Jo is a creative learning and content designer with over a decade of experience creating engaging multimedia learning experiences for professional audiences. In her role at the CIPD, she leads the production of digital learning content spanning podcasts, video, animation, interactive learning and online courses, helping bring complex workplace topics to life in accessible and engaging ways.

Jo specialises in combining storytelling, learning design and audience insight to create content that not only informs, but changes perspectives and behaviours. Her work has included large-scale online learning programmes, documentary-style content and community-driven learning experiences focused on better work and working lives.

Alongside her work in learning and development, Jo is passionate about sustainability and community engagement, and supports environmental initiatives through her role as a volunteer Director at Tree Action CIC.
