Her career spans Manufacturing, Hospitality, FMCG, Life Sciences, BPO and Renewables, alongside Non-Executive Director roles in higher education and sport.

She has led large-scale transformation, acquisitions, operating model redesign and global DEI strategy, delivering measurable commercial impact. Her work focuses on how organisational culture influences risk, performance, and strategic delivery in the context of digital acceleration and complex change.

A qualified Executive Coach with master’s degrees in Psychological Science and Business, Jo combines behavioural insight with commercial pragmatism to help organisations align culture with strategy under pressure
