Jason joined Ericsson in 2022 as its Global Head of HR Change & Experience Design focused on transforming the employee experience for its workforce of 100,000 around the globe. His experience includes digital transformation, driving new customer centric journeys, multi-billion dollar merger & acquisition integrations, accelerating sustainability and spearheading AI ways of working. He also took on a secondment role as Global Head of Talent Acquisition Transformation PMO bringing a 1 million application pipeline in-house from two RPOs in 90 days while under NDA along with crafting a global AI adoption strategy.


Jason’s expertise has garnered industry recognition along with presentation and podcast invitations; expertise he’s shared with not-for-profits as a member of their Board of Directors.
