Hayley Blake

Director of Employee Engagement & Wellbeing, SUSE

Hayley is the Director of Employee Engagement & Wellbeing at multinational open source software company SUSE. She leads the global employee engagement function, delivering strategic programmes and events designed to engage, inspire, and support a diverse global workforce. Her work focuses on driving diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring employees feel seen, heard, and valued across multiple time zones and geographies.

She works to navigate the evolving workplace landscape, having successfully spearheaded the implementation of SUSE's worldwide Agile Working programme, and SUSE’s Gartner award-winning Mission, Vision and Values project, where employees co-created the company’s mission and values alongside the leadership team.

With extensive experience spanning both the public and private sectors, Hayley has a proven track record of developing highly effective engagement strategies. Prior to joining SUSE, she held senior internal communications and engagement roles at major organisations including Unilever, G4S, Micro Focus, Canon, and the London Borough of Croydon. Hayley holds a degree from Bournemouth University and is a passionate advocate for workplace inclusivity and professional development.
