Graeme Burns

Graeme has spent the last three years leading the AI people strategy at Nationwide shaping governance, sitting on their AI council and reviewing use cases for responsible implementation impact. This included participation in the CIPD and Institute for the Future of Work research on AI’s impact on job design, published this year.

With 25 years of HR and change management experience, predominantly working alongside technology and change functions in financial services he brings practical insight into what responsible AI adoption actually looks like from the inside — and what it means for organisations and their people. He is a Strategy Board member of AI West, working to develop Bristol as a responsible AI centre of excellence.
