Gemma is a Head of Talent who cares deeply about how organisations build the skills and capabilities they’ll need for the future. Her work focuses on leadership, development and wider talent strategy, giving her a practical view of how businesses are evolving in response to change.

While early careers isn’t her day-to-day role, it’s something she thinks a lot about as a critical part of the bigger talent pipeline. She’s particularly interested in how organisations can open up new routes into work, rethink progression, and make sure future talent isn’t squeezed out as roles and structures shift.
