As an Equality Plans Specialist, Francisca spearheads cultural transformation and talent retention initiatives across the EMEA region. With extensive experience in People and Cultural transformation at global organisations including General Electric, Vodafone, Siemens, 3 Mobile, PRA Health Sciences, and CBRE, she brings valuable insights into workplace wellbeing and work-life integration.

In her current role, she leads strategic initiatives that create synergistic workplace environments where diverse backgrounds enhance organisational performance. As Co-Chair of the EMEA Women Network and leader of the region's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, she demonstrates a holistic approach to workplace culture that balances professional excellence with employee wellbeing.

A finalist for the British and European Diversity Awards in the HR Diversity Champion category, Francisca extends her influence through a number of board positions in Spain and UK.
