Ewen MacPherson is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with experience in leading progressive people and talent programmes for complex media, creative, retail and broadcast businesses. As Chief People Officer at Havas Group, he leads a team of 35 people to effectively deliver an industry-leading and award-winning HR offering. Ewen is recognised as a progressive HR leader in the industry – he has spearheaded several high impact programmes in his time at Havas, and led several Havas agencies to Best Place to Work recognition for their culture, as well as been recognised by industry bodies for his work in mental health and DEI.
