Dr Wenjin Dai

Senior Lecturer in Leadership and Diversity, Open University

Dr Wenjin Dai has extensive expertise in leadership and organisation studies, with particular interests in the motherhood penalty and work inclusion. She most recently led a project titled 'Supporting Diverse New Motherhoods for Work Inclusion' with 101 mothers as participants. Based on the findings and collaboration, Wenjin co-created the Return-to-Work Toolkit for parents and employers.
