Dr Keely Duddin is a Senior Lecturer in Policing Practice and Organisation at The Open University and Policing Stream Lead for the Centre for Protecting Women Online. She is a Chartered Psychologist and former Head of Research in a UK police force, specialising in parental and maternity rights, workplace inclusion and wellbeing, and supporting women to navigate return-to-work transitions.
Her work focuses on translating research into practical tools, guidance, and resources that help organisations better support parents, improve retention, and create healthier, more inclusive workplaces. Keely regularly presents at academic, employer, and policy events, sharing evidence-based insights that inform and encourage leading-edge practice.
