David Archer

David is a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader whose career spans multiple geographies and combines deep expertise in RPO, business leadership, and management consulting.

Since joining ManpowerGroup in 2011, he has progressed through a series of senior roles and now heads the RPO Client Experience function for Europe & APME within Talent Solutions. In this capacity, he leads major global initiatives and oversees a broad portfolio of RPO programmes, ranging from large-scale international end to end solutions to highly flexible project based engagements across diverse industry sectors.
