Daisy Crouch is Senior Training and Quality Manager at Dojo, where she leads talent development, quality assurance, performance coaching and knowledge management across teams throughout Europe.

With more than a decade of experience developing high-performing customer operations teams, Daisy is passionate about helping people uncover what motivates them and turning that insight into meaningful career growth. She believes traditional corporate training is overdue for a rethink and has built innovative learning and development frameworks designed around skills, motivation and real-world performance rather than tick-box learning.

At Dojo, Daisy recently designed and implemented a completely new L&D framework, including creating bespoke psychometric assessments to help employees better understand their strengths, motivations and career potential. Her work combines the human side of development with emerging technologies, including AI, to create learning experiences that genuinely drive engagement and performance.

Known for her practical approach, strategic thinking and refreshingly down-to-earth style, Daisy is passionate about modern learning, talent development and building world-class teams without the corporate jargon.
