Ali is a qualifications and assessment specialist with over 25 years of experience in the awarding body sector and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). For the past nine years, Ali has led qualification development and quality assurance at the CIPD, supporting over 25,000 students annually.
