Ayesha Bedwei

Ayesha Bedwei Ibe is the Tax Leader for PwC Ghana, the Tax and Regulatory Leader for PwC’s West Market Region, and the Global People Leader for PwC Tax and Legal Services. With over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, she has built a strong reputation as a trusted advisor and global leader.

Throughout her career at PwC, Ayesha has served in several leadership roles, including as a member of PwC’s Africa Governance Board, Inclusion and Diversity Leader for PwC Africa, and Corporate Responsibility Leader for the West Market Region. Beyond PwC, she has also been deeply involved in advancing business and development in Ghana, serving as President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ghana (2019–2023) and as a member of the Mastercard Foundation’s Consultative Committee in Ghana (2020–2023).

Ayesha is also an author. Her debut book, The Kingdom Report: Current Affairs from the Mind of God, is a 90-day devotional available in English and Spanish, written to encourage and uplift believers worldwide.
