Anne Maltby

Anne Maltby is an experienced HR and talent development leader with a background spanning global corporates, start‑ups, and consultancy. A Chartered CIPD professional, she has led large‑scale transformation, talent programmes and cultural change initiatives at GSK while running her own HR consultancy, Healthy Happy Humans.  Selected as a mentee for the CIPD Trust’s Aspiring HRD programme in 2020, Anne has continued to give back to the profession as a mentor on the Finding Potential programme. She also volunteers as a member of the Employment Advisory Board at HMP Coldingley, to help improve employment outcomes for prisoners upon release.  Passionate about DEI and building high‑performing cultures, Anne brings a practical, people‑centred perspective to shaping the future of work.
