Alexandra Kafka is the Founder and CEO of Oxyzn and Urban Yoga Lab, a renowned well-being speaker, and a corporate well-being architect for leading global companies including Wells Fargo, Kennedys Law, and Hilton.
In 2018, after experiencing burnout and stepping away from a thriving PR career, Alexandra embarked on a transformative two-year journey across 34 countries. Her mission: to unlock sustainable high performance through evidence-based well-being practices. This journey laid the foundation for her signature mindfulness toolkits, which include mental fitness programs, executive retreats, and her acclaimed 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program for Executives.
A passionate advocate for conscious leadership and intentional living, Alexandra has delivered keynotes and workshops at over 25 global summits and conferences, including HR Employee Experience, HR Tech, and Well-Tech.
