Alex Boulting is an Organisational Development and Change professional with over 20 years' experience across global organisations including GSK, Amnesty International, IBM and Transport for London. Alex specialises in evidence-based OD, workforce capability and large-scale transformation. 

At GSK, Alex led the shift to a skills-based organisation, redesigning job architecture around a new skills taxonomy, deploying an AI-enabled learning experience platform to power internal mobility and workforce planning. Alex brings a practitioner's perspective on what the journey to skills-based working actually involves: the job design decisions, the technology choices, the cultural shifts - and where the friction tends to appear.
