He has spent over a decade building companies as both a Founder & People Leader and brings that first-hand experience to everything Open Org does from its community and content to its AI co-pilot built for startup HR. Before Open Org, Adam served as Chief People Officer and Co-Founder at Scout, and has been an active contributor to the Pay Transparency Alliance.
