Adam Gibson

Adam is a recognised leader and practitioner in workforce strategy, skills and the future of work. As a consultant, he has delivered this for clients across the public and private sectors globally, including highly regulated and high-risk environments. A multiple author, his book Agile Workforce Planning (2021) remains an authority for practical workforce planning.

He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Chartered Management Consultant, and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He is a founding accredited member of the Workforce Planning Institute’s Certified Practitioner Programme, a founding member of the Society for People Analytics, and a member of the UK All-Party Parliamentary Group on the Future of Work.
