The Quiet Room is a safe space that anyone can visit when attending an event, to help manage any sensory overload, triggers or stimulation, or simply take a 10 minute brain break, proven to support mental wellbeing, and improve concentration, productivity and participation. Managed by a safe person for essential supervision, support and safeguarding, trained and experienced in Mental Health First Aid and Neurodiversity Awareness. Our Quiet Room is a device free zone and is a space for visitors to meditate and relax for any needs you have.

In partnership with CIPD HR-Inform, you’ll be able to take advantage of free employment law legal advice, whether this is something affecting your business or you personally. These free, 20-minute meetings with a legal advisor can be pre-planned at a time that suits you during your visit, or you can simply drop by and speak with a professional.

The massage is given on a purpose-built massage chair and is designed to relieve muscular aches and pains and leave you refreshed and energised, not “sleepy” as some massage styles do.
