WELLBEING VILLAGE

It is important that you're able to take time to reflect on learnings and relax. As well as talks and advice on all aspects of mental and physical health, there will be breathing workshops, mindfulness exercises and nutritional advice. If you want to get the blood pumping a little more there will be yoga and Tai Chi sessions and fully qualified masseuse available when you drop by. Feeling in a more reflective mood? Why not take some time out on our colouring wall if you fancy just taking your mind off things for a little while.

MASSAGES 

Become fully relaxed at the heart of the festival. These massages are designed to relieve muscular aches and pains and leave you feeling refreshed and energised. 

The massage is given through your clothes and focuses on the back, neck, shoulders and arms, making it ideal for the workplace. 

YOGA  

Where mindfulness meets movement and breath becomes our guide. Led by experienced yogi, our sessions are designed to nurture both the body and the mind, inviting practitioners of all levels to embark on a journey of self-discovery and well-being.

Tai Chi

Guided Medication

Journey to your inner oasis: experience blissful tranquillity with guided visualisation meditation. Meditation

Quiet Room

The Quiet Room is a safe space that anyone can visit when attending an event, to help manage any sensory overload, triggers or stimulation, or simply take a 10 minute brain break, proven to support mental wellbeing, and improve concentration, productivity and participation. Managed by a safe person for essential supervision, support and safeguarding, trained and experienced in Mental Health First Aid and Neurodiversity Awareness. Our Quiet Room is a device free zone and is a space for visitors to meditate and relax for any needs you have.
