Sharad Pandey is the Head of Human Resources for State Bank of India, London and State Bank of India (UK) Limited.
Sharad is a seasoned expert in the HR domain, having worked in various financial firms across the globe as Chief People Officer/Head - Human Resources.
Sharad is a Chartered Member CIPD, and holds a MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
Starting his career as a Software Engineer and working for almost a decade in big tech firms such as Oracle, TCS, Honeywell, he has a strong affinity towards HR TECH and is presently on advisory board of two such HR TECH firm in UK. He was on the ‘People’s Advisory Committee of Association of Foreign Banks’ and is affiliated with other city based trade association.
In his spare time Sharad does volunteering work for Royal Parks. He is cycling 100 km from London to Brighton this weekend for his charity and we wish him a safe ride.
