Selina Purdie

Selina is the Head of People at SurrealDB, covering the end-to-end people experience globally. She has over 8 years experience working with early stage technology businesses bringing her non-traditional approach to support a breadth of startups from seed, bootstrapped through to Series B. Her passion is bringing product design thinking principles to help create, iterate and improve on People initiatives enabling them to scale effectively and adapt the constantly changing external landscape. When she's not solving people problems, she is a life-long learner and often taking up a new hobby or learning a new skill (the latest one being apple wine making).
