Sabina Mehmood

Sabina Mehmood sits as Global Pay Equity Leader at XpertHR. In her role Sabina is responsible for leading XpertHR's collaborative efforts to support pay equity and beyond among the UK and US markets. Her role spans everywhere from leading corporate working groups in identifying opportunities for progress, supporting organisations with data-driven, practical solutions to overcome workplace pay inequities, to homing in on key partnerships and collaborations with organisations with a shared commitment to equality. Sabina previously served as the Global Product Manager of the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI). Sabina has a BBA in Finance from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, and a MS in Corporate Communications from The Weissman School, Baruch College.
