Dr Rafal Sitko is the author of textbook “Sustainable Human Resource Management, Using HRM to achieve long-term social, environmental and business goals”. He is the Global Programme Director for the MA in International Business Administration at Heriot-Watt University, where he also teaches Sustainable HRM. He has more than 10 years of teaching and research experience in different areas of human resource management.
