Nike Ajibowo

Head of Employee Relations and Inclusion, Plan International

Nike Ajibowo is a senior people leader, with strategic and operational HR leadership experience gained across different sectors in global and international organisations. She is passionate about organisations having a culture where people can thrive; where everyone, regardless of their role, race, sexual orientation, gender, disability, and other personal characteristics; feel included, heard and empowered, and able to perform to their full potential in the workplace. 

 

Having supported and led global, regional and country people and culture initiatives for many years, she enjoys establishing lean and effective people strategies to promote a positive and collaborative work culture where people can thrive. She currently works for Plan International where she leads the employee relations, EDI and culture initiatives across 60+ countries for 10,000+ staff. 

 

 She holds an MSc in International Human Resources Management from Cranfield University and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. She is also a thought-leader in people management and a previous CIPD conference speaker.
