Head of Employment Relations (ER) and Inclusion, Plan International
Nike is the Head of Employment Relations (ER) and Inclusion at Plan International. She leads the practice and targeted executional service on ER and Inclusion objectives for her organisation. She is responsible for leading the design and implementation of a generic ER case management process and escalation guidelines to ensure cases are effectively, efficiently and ethically managed in a consistent manner across 50+ countries. She also leads on the design, review and implementation of critical employment relations policies, systems and processes across the multiple jurisdictions. Her role often involves working with senior leaders on critical matters which may first appear difficult to manage yet finding workable and ethical solutions. She is a senior people professional and leader who is passionate about organisations having a culture where people can thrive; where everyone, regardless of their role, race, sexual orientation, gender, disability, and other personal characteristics; feel included, heard and empowered, and able to perform to their full potential in the workplace. Nike holds an MSc in International Human Resources Management from Cranfield University and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
