Learning & Performance Expert, Natalie Richer Consulting

Natalie has more than 20 years’ experience designing and delivering learning interventions. She runs her own consultancy helping L&D professionals and senior leaders to improve the performance of their teams through a variety of learning activities.

Natalie is an experienced user of the 7-Step Performance Consulting methodology. She uses this to partner with her clients to diagnose organisational performance problems and co-create useful interventions that impact real needs, not just the wants, to bring about long-lasting behavioural change. Natalie now teaches this powerful approach to HR teams across the globe enabling them to work more effectively with their stakeholders, shifting them from order takers to business partners.

Natalie has substantial experience of learning design, executive coaching and the facilitation of group workshops partnering with clients such as Lindt, Virgin Atlantic, Toyota Connected, BNPP, Aldi, Crowe and Rothesay. With a background in improvisation, Natalie is a confident and self-assured public speaker and presenter. She has previously featured at The Festival of Work examining the power of ‘The L&D Influencer’ and more recently appeared on the CIPD Podcast discussing ‘Evidence Based L&D’.

Natalie is also a mum to two teen girls, a former marathon runner and has a passion for drawing.
