Megan Moore is Everway’s first Vice President of Neurodiversity, leading the newly launched Neurodiversity Centre of Excellence. With more than 25 years of experience spanning special education, behavioral intervention, and inclusive product strategy, Megan brings deep insight and passion to her work. She’s dedicated to creating environments where neurodivergent individuals are not just supported - but empowered to thrive. Before joining Everway, she held leadership roles at n2y and spent years supporting students, educators, and families as a teacher, program specialist, and autism resource consultant.


At Everway, Megan is shaping programs and partnerships that promote neuroinclusion across schools, universities, and workplaces. From championing neurodivergent voices to driving innovation in accessible technology, her work sits at the intersection of science, policy, and practice. Through the Neurodiversity CoE, Megan is helping build a world where diverse ways of thinking, learning, and working are not just understood - but celebrated.
